Vegan Chocolate Cake is a classic sweet treat with selfraising flour, coco sugar and cacao. It feels festive, nostalgic and easy to share, whether you serve it after dinner or with coffee.

Ingredients
- Self-raising Flour – 1 1/4 cup
- coco sugar – 1/2 cup
- cacao – 1/3 cup raw
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- flax eggs – 2
- almond milk – 1/2 cup
- vanilla – 1 tsp
- water – 1/2 cup boiling
Method
Simply mix all dry ingredients with wet ingredients and blend altogether. Bake for 45 min on 180 degrees. Decorate with some melted vegan chocolate
