Ground turkey makes this Sloppy Joe lighter while keeping the familiar saucy comfort.

Ingredients
- ground turkey – 1 lb
- onion, chopped – 1 medium
- carrot, grated – 1
- garlic, minced – 2 cloves
- tomato sauce – 1 cup
- ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp
- paprika – 1 tsp
- olive oil – 1 tbsp
- salt – 3/4 tsp
- black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- hamburger buns – 4
Method
1. Sauté the onion, carrot and garlic in oil until softened.
2. Add the turkey and cook until no longer pink.
3. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and paprika.
4. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until thickened.
5. Spoon onto buns and serve right away.
