Soft potato, tuna and cheese baked into a rustic savoury pie: weeknight-friendly, sliceable and very good with a simple salad.
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 700 g
- Tuna, drained – 320 g
- Cheese – 150 g
- Parsley – 1 handful
- Egg – 2
- Pastry – 500 g
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
Boil and mash the potatoes roughly, then mix with tuna, cheese, parsley and eggs. Spoon into a pastry-lined tin, top if you like and bake until set and golden.
