A plant-forward high-protein stir-fry with tofu, edamame and broccoli.

Ingredients
- Firm tofu – 400 g
- Edamame beans – 250 g
- Broccoli – 1 head
- Red bell pepper – 1
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Fresh ginger – 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
Method
STEP 1 Pat the tofu dry and fry until golden.
STEP 2 Add garlic, ginger, broccoli and pepper.
STEP 3 Add the edamame and soy sauce.
STEP 4 Stir-fry until everything is hot and tender.
