A fiber-rich vegetarian chili with tomatoes, peppers and three kinds of beans.

Serves: 6 people

Preparation time: 25 min

Ingredients

  • Kidney beans – 1 can
  • Black beans – 1 can
  • White beans – 1 can
  • Onion – 1
  • Red bell pepper – 1
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Tomatoes diced – 800 g
  • Corn – 150 g
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder – 1 tsp

Method

STEP 1 Sauté onion, garlic and pepper until softened.
STEP 2 Add tomatoes, beans, corn and spices.
STEP 3 Simmer for 20 minutes until thickened.
STEP 4 Serve hot.
