Tender apples baked under a nutty crumble topping, sweetened without sugar. This dessert tastes warm and cosy, especially with a spoonful of yogurt or cream.
Serves: 6 people

Ingredients
- apples, peeled and diced – 5 cups
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- ground cinnamon – 1 1/2 tsp
- almond flour – 1 cup
- rolled oats – 1/2 cup
- butter, cold – 1/3 cup
- erythritol – 1/4 cup
- chopped walnuts – 1/3 cup
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Toss the apples with the lemon juice and half of the cinnamon and place them in a baking dish.
3. Rub the almond flour, oats, butter, erythritol, walnuts and remaining cinnamon together until crumbly.
4. Scatter the crumble over the apples.
5. Bake for 30 minutes until the topping is golden and the apples are tender.
6. Serve warm.
