A quick microwave dessert with almond flour and cocoa, sweetened without sugar. It is soft, warm and perfect when you want a fast treat for two.

Ingredients
- almond flour – 1/2 cup
- cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
- powdered erythritol – 2 tbsp
- baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- egg – 1
- milk – 3 tbsp
- melted butter – 1 tbsp
- vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
Method
1. Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Add the egg, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
3. Divide the batter between two microwave-safe mugs.
4. Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds until just cooked.
5. Serve warm.
