A Belgian sandwich with seasoned raw beef spread, onion, capers and pickles on a fresh roll.
Serves: 2 people

Ingredients
- crusty rolls – 2
- very fresh lean ground beef – 8 oz
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- capers, chopped – 1 tbsp
- dill pickles, chopped – 2 tbsp
- shallot, finely chopped – 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
- salt – 1/4 tsp
- black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Method
1. Mix the beef with the mayonnaise, mustard, capers, pickles, shallot, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
2. Taste carefully and keep the prepared meat chilled until the moment you serve it.
3. Slice open the rolls and divide the prepared beef mixture over them.
4. Serve immediately while the bread is still crisp. Warning: raw meat has to be processed and handled fresh and safe, keep it cooled.
