Ingredients
- Goat meat – 700 g
- White cabbage – 250 g
- Tomatoes – 2
- Sweet soy sauce – 3 tbsp
- Garlic cloves – 3
- Shallots – 4
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric – 1 tsp
- Lemongrass stalk – 1
- Water – 700 ml
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Cut the meat into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2
Blend garlic, shallots, coriander and turmeric, then fry the paste in oil.
STEP 3
Add the meat and lemongrass and cook until lightly coloured.
STEP 4
Pour in the water and sweet soy and simmer until the meat is tender.
STEP 5
Add cabbage and tomato at the end and cook briefly before serving.
