Spaghetti Chicken Tandoori

Spaghetti with tandoori chicken is a playful fusion dinner that still lands as a real main course. The spices bring warmth and depth, while the pasta keeps the dish approachable and easy to share at the table.

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients

  • spaghetti – 400 g
  • chicken breast – 450 g, in strips
  • greek yogurt – 150 g
  • tandoori spice mix – 2 tbsp
  • onion – 1, sliced
  • garlic – 2 cloves, chopped
  • tomato passata – 250 ml
  • cream – 100 ml
  • oil – 1 tbsp
  • fresh coriander – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • salt – to taste

Method

STEP 1
Mix the chicken with the yogurt and tandoori spices and set aside while you cook the pasta.
STEP 2
Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
STEP 3
Fry the onion and garlic in oil, then add the marinated chicken and cook until sealed and tender.
STEP 4
Add the passata and cream and simmer briefly to make a silky sauce.
STEP 5
Toss with the spaghetti, finish with coriander and serve.
