Even a small bowl of shrimp crackers adds the airy crunch that makes every spoonful of rice and sauce more fun to eat.

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 30 min

Ingredients

  • Dried shrimp crackers – 100 g
  • Oil – for frying

Method

Heat a generous layer of oil in a wok or deep pan.
Fry the crackers a few at a time until they puff up completely, which takes only seconds.
Lift them out immediately so they do not brown too much.
Drain briefly and serve once cool enough to stay crisp.
