Ingredients
- Green beans – 500 g
- Onion – 1
- Garlic cloves – 2
- Sambal oelek – 1 to 2 tsp
- Sweet soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Cook the green beans until just tender.
STEP 2
Fry onion and garlic, then add sambal.
STEP 3
Add the beans and sweet soy and toss everything together.
STEP 4
Cook briefly until hot and glossy.
STEP 5
Serve as a side dish.
