A simple kosher-style dinner with salmon, potatoes, dill and lemon.
Serves: 4 people
Preparation time: 40 min
Ingredients
- Salmon fillets – 4
- Potatoes – 800 g
- Fresh dill – 2 tbsp
- Lemon – 1
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1 Boil or roast the potatoes until tender.
STEP 2 Bake or pan-fry the salmon with olive oil and garlic.
STEP 3 Toss the potatoes with dill and lemon.
STEP 4 Serve the salmon with the dill potatoes.
