A creamy fish pie topped with mashed potatoes, full of salmon, peas and dill: gentle, elegant comfort food that still feels special.

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet – 600 g
- Potatoes – 900 g
- Butter – 40 g
- Milk – 300 ml
- Flour – 2 tbsp
- Peas – 120 g
- Dill – 2 tbsp
- Cheddar – 80 g
Method
Poach the salmon briefly and keep the milk. Make a white sauce with butter, flour and the milk, then add peas and dill. Flake in the salmon, spoon into a dish, top with mashed potatoes and cheese and bake until browned.
