Roasted grapes become sweet and jammy, and with melting brie they turn simple crostini into something memorable.
Serves: 6 people
Preparation time: 40 min
Ingredients
- Baguette – 1 small
- Red grapes – 150 g
- Brie – 120 g
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Thyme – 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Place the grapes on a tray with olive oil and thyme and roast until they start to burst and soften.
STEP 2
Slice and toast the baguette.
STEP 3
Top each toast with brie and warm briefly so the cheese softens.
STEP 4
Add one or two roasted grapes to each toast.
STEP 5
Finish with black pepper and serve warm.
