Ingredients
- Pancakes – 8
- Chicken breast – 250 g
- Milk – 250 ml
- Butter – 30 g
- Flour – 30 g
- Carrot – 1
- Peas – 100 g
- Nutmeg – 1 pinch
- Breadcrumbs – 100 g
- Egg – 1
- Oil – for frying
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Cook the chicken and shred it.
STEP 2
Make a roux with butter and flour, then add milk to form a thick sauce.
STEP 3
Stir in chicken, carrot, peas, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
STEP 4
Fill the pancakes, fold them closed, coat in egg and breadcrumbs.
STEP 5
Fry until golden and crisp.
