A smooth soup with red lentils, carrot and warming spices, rich in fiber.

Ingredients
- Red lentils – 300 g
- Carrots – 5
- Onion – 1
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Ground cumin – 1 tsp
- Ground coriander – 1 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Water or stock – 1.5 l
- Lemon – 1
Method
STEP 1 Sauté onion, garlic and spices in olive oil.
STEP 2 Add carrots, lentils and water or stock.
STEP 3 Simmer until the lentils and carrots are soft.
STEP 4 Blend and brighten with lemon juice.
