Sticky smoky pulled pork tucked into pastry with barbecue sauce and a little cheese: a crowd-friendly pie with serious game-day appeal.

Ingredients
- Pulled pork – 700 g
- BBQ sauce – 180 ml
- Red onion – 1
- Cheddar – 120 g
- Pastry – 500 g
- Egg – 1
Method
Mix the pulled pork with barbecue sauce and sliced onion. Spoon into a pie dish, add cheddar, top with pastry and bake until the crust is golden and the filling is hot and sticky.
