These golden little hand pies hide a savory filling of soft cabbage and egg: picnic-friendly, comforting and impossible to stop eating.

Ingredients
- Flour – 500 g
- Milk – 250 ml
- Butter – 50 g
- Yeast – 7 g
- Eggs – 3
- White cabbage – 500 g
- Onion – 1
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Method
Make a soft yeasted dough with flour, milk, butter and yeast and let it rise.
Cook the onion and shredded cabbage until soft, then stir in chopped boiled eggs.
Divide the dough, fill and seal into small oval buns.
Bake until glossy and golden.
