These fruit-filled yogurt pots bring together soft peaches, orange and gently toasted oats in a neat jar format. They are fresh, fragrant and ideal when you want a breakfast that feels prepared without being fussy.

Ingredients
- Peaches or nectarines – 4
- Orange – 1, juice and zest
- Porridge oats – 120 g
- Pine nuts – 25 g
- Ground ginger – 1/2 tsp
- Ground cinnamon – 1 tsp
- Sultanas – 2 tbsp
- Plain yogurt or skyr – 600 g
Method
STEP 1
Gently cook the diced peaches with the orange juice for a few minutes until just softened, then leave to cool.
STEP 2
Toast the oats and pine nuts in a dry pan, then stir in the ginger, cinnamon, orange zest and sultanas.
STEP 3
Layer the yogurt, spiced oat mixture and cooled peaches into jars.
STEP 4
Chill until serving time so the flavours settle and the jars turn nicely spoonable.
