Crisp breadsticks wrapped with Parma ham and finished with Parmesan are simple, salty and dangerously moreish.

Ingredients
- Grissini – 12
- Parma ham – 6 slices
- Parmesan – 25 g, finely grated
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
Method
STEP 1
Cut the ham slices lengthwise into thin strips.
STEP 2
Wrap one strip of ham around each breadstick.
STEP 3
Brush the wrapped part very lightly with olive oil.
STEP 4
Sprinkle with Parmesan so some of it clings to the ham.
STEP 5
Arrange on a platter and serve at room temperature.
