Thin Belgian-style pancakes for sugar, syrup or fruit.
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients
- flour – 1 1/2 cups
- eggs – 2
- milk – 2 cups
- melted butter – 2 tbsp
- sugar – 1 tbsp
- salt – 1 pinch
- butter – extra for frying
Method
1. Whisk the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar and salt into a smooth batter.
2. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan with a little butter.
4. Pour in a thin layer of batter and swirl the pan.
5. Cook both sides until lightly golden.
6. Serve warm with your favorite topping.
