Ingredients

  • Cooked nasi rice – 800 g
  • Chicken pieces or ham – 250 g
  • Peas – 150 g
  • Bell pepper – 1
  • Onion – 1
  • Eggs – 2
  • Sweet soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Method

STEP 1
Fry onion, meat and pepper in a pan until cooked.

STEP 2
Mix with the rice, peas, eggs and sweet soy sauce.

STEP 3
Spoon into a greased baking dish and scatter over the cheese.

STEP 4
Bake until hot through and lightly golden on top.

STEP 5
Serve with atjar or sambal.
