A French salad with tuna, eggs, green beans and potatoes that is naturally gluten-free.
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients
- Baby potatoes – 600 g
- Eggs – 4
- Green beans – 200 g
- Tuna in olive oil – 250 g
- Tomatoes – 4
- Lettuce – 1
- Olives – 80 g
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- Red wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
Method
STEP 1 Cook the potatoes, eggs and beans and let them cool slightly.
STEP 2 Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, potatoes, beans, tuna, eggs and olives on a platter.
STEP 3 Whisk oil, mustard and vinegar and drizzle over the salad.
