Ingredients
- Cooked rice – 600 g
- Ham or chicken – 200 g
- Onion – 1
- Garlic cloves – 2
- Leek – 1 small
- Carrot – 1
- Sweet soy sauce – 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Sambal oelek – 1 tsp
- Eggs – 4
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Method
STEP 1
Fry onion and garlic, then add ham or chicken and the vegetables.
STEP 2
Add the rice and stir-fry until hot.
STEP 3
Season with sweet soy, soy sauce and sambal.
STEP 4
Fry the eggs separately.
STEP 5
Serve the nasi goreng with a fried egg on top.
