Golden zucchini fritters with a cool yogurt dip make a friendly, crowd-pleasing amuse that works hot or warm.

Ingredients
- Zucchini – 2 small
- Egg – 1
- Flour – 40 g
- Feta – 50 g
- Mint – 1 tbsp
- Oil – for frying
- Greek yogurt – 100 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Method
STEP 1
Grate the zucchini and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
STEP 2
Mix it with egg, flour, crumbled feta and mint.
STEP 3
Fry small spoonfuls in hot oil until both sides are golden.
STEP 4
Mix the yogurt with lemon juice for a simple dip.
STEP 5
Serve the fritters warm with the yogurt alongside.
