Soft blinis with sour cream and salmon roe make a classic festive amuse that feels instantly luxurious.

Ingredients
- Mini blinis – 12
- Sour cream – 100 g
- Salmon roe – 80 g
- Dill – 1 tbsp
- Lemon zest – 1/2 tsp
Method
STEP 1
Warm the blinis briefly so they become soft and supple but do not dry out.
STEP 2
Top each blini with a small spoonful of sour cream.
STEP 3
Add a little salmon roe on top of the sour cream.
STEP 4
Finish with dill and a tiny bit of lemon zest.
STEP 5
Serve immediately while the blinis are still slightly warm.
