A spicy Belgian sandwich based on prepared raw beef with mustard, hot sauce, pickles, capers and onion.
Serves: 2 people

Ingredients
- crusty rolls – 2
- very fresh lean ground beef – 8 oz
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- hot sauce – 1 tsp
- ketchup – 1 tsp
- capers, chopped – 1 tbsp
- dill pickles, chopped – 2 tbsp
- onion, finely chopped – 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce – 1 tsp
- salt – 1/4 tsp
- black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Method
1. Mix the beef with the mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, ketchup, capers, pickles, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
2. Keep the filling chilled and adjust the heat level to your taste.
3. Cut open the rolls and spoon in the Martino mixture.
4. Serve right away. Note: Raw meat must be processed fresh and safely!
