Low-sodium baked fish with herb yogurt

A low-sodium fish dinner that relies on herbs, lemon and yogurt for flavour.

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 40 min

Ingredients

  • White fish fillets – 4
  • Lemon – 1
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Greek yogurt – 200 g
  • Dill – 15 g
  • Parsley – 15 g
  • Cucumber – 1/2
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Baby potatoes – 700 g
  • Green beans – 300 g

Method

Roast the potatoes first, then add the beans and fish to the tray. Drizzle with oil, lemon juice and garlic and bake until the fish is done.
Mix yogurt with dill, parsley, grated cucumber and pepper. Serve alongside.
