Open-faced little pies with warmly spiced minced meat, pine nuts and lemon: small in size, big in aroma, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients
- Ground lamb or beef – 600 g
- Onion – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Pine nuts – 40 g
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
- Allspice – 1/2 tsp
- Flatbread dough – 500 g
Method
Cook the meat with onion and spices, then stir in tomato, pine nuts and lemon juice. Divide dough into small rounds, top each one with filling and bake hot until the pastry is golden and the topping is just cooked.
