Kosher-style salmon with dill potatoes

A simple kosher-style dinner with baked salmon, dill potatoes and green beans.

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 40 min

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets – 4
  • Potatoes – 800 g
  • Green beans – 300 g
  • Dill – 15 g
  • Lemon – 1
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Black pepper – to taste

Method

Boil the potatoes until tender and toss with dill and olive oil.
Bake or pan-fry the salmon with lemon and garlic. Cook the green beans.
Serve everything together with extra dill and lemon wedges.
