A keto comfort dish with beef meatballs, zucchini noodles and a rich parmesan cream sauce.

Ingredients
- Ground beef – 500 g
- Egg – 1
- Parmesan – 80 g
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp
- Zucchini – 4
- Heavy cream – 250 ml
- Butter – 20 g
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
Mix beef with egg, half the parmesan, garlic and herbs. Shape meatballs and bake or fry until cooked.
Spiralize the zucchini. Make a sauce with butter, cream and remaining parmesan.
Warm the zucchini briefly in the sauce and serve with the meatballs.
