Ingredients
- Macaroni – 300 g
- Minced beef – 350 g
- Onion – 1
- Garlic cloves – 2
- Bell pepper – 1
- Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
- Sweet soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Cook the macaroni until al dente.
STEP 2
Fry onion, garlic and minced meat until browned.
STEP 3
Add bell pepper, tomato puree and sweet soy sauce and cook briefly.
STEP 4
Mix in the macaroni and season to taste.
STEP 5
Serve hot, optionally with fried onions.
