Crispy chicken tender salad in diner style with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, Cheddar and honey mustard dressing.
Serves: 2 people
Preparation time: 25 min
Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce – 1 small head
- Spring mix – 100 g
- Chicken tenders – 6
- Cucumber – 1/2
- Tomatoes – 2
- Cheddar cheese – 80 g, shredded
- Red onion – 1/4
- Croutons – 50 g
- Honey mustard dressing – 120 ml
- Oil – for frying
Method
STEP 1
Fry or bake the chicken tenders until crisp and cooked through.
STEP 2
Wash and chop the lettuce. Slice the cucumber, tomatoes and onion.
STEP 3
Arrange the lettuce on plates and add the vegetables, Cheddar and croutons.
STEP 4
Slice the chicken tenders and place on top. Serve with the honey mustard dressing.
