High-protein pasta with tuna and peas

A quick high-protein pasta dinner with tuna, peas, lemon and a light creamy sauce.

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 6 min

Ingredients

  • Protein pasta – 300 g
  • Tuna – 2 cans
  • Frozen peas – 250 g
  • Crème fraîche light – 150 g
  • Lemon – 1
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Parmesan – 40 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Parsley – 10 g

Method

Cook the pasta and peas together for the last 2 minutes.
Warm the tuna with garlic, crème fraîche, lemon zest and juice.
Toss with the pasta, finish with parmesan, parsley and black pepper.
