A quick high-protein pasta dinner with tuna, peas, lemon and a light creamy sauce.
Serves: 4 people
Preparation time: 6 min
Ingredients
- Protein pasta – 300 g
- Tuna – 2 cans
- Frozen peas – 250 g
- Crème fraîche light – 150 g
- Lemon – 1
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Parmesan – 40 g
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Black pepper – to taste
- Parsley – 10 g
Method
Cook the pasta and peas together for the last 2 minutes.
Warm the tuna with garlic, crème fraîche, lemon zest and juice.
Toss with the pasta, finish with parmesan, parsley and black pepper.
