A protein-packed oven bake with eggs, cottage cheese, spinach and herbs.

Ingredients
- Eggs – 8
- Cottage cheese – 300 g
- Spinach – 250 g
- Spring onions – 3
- Cheddar – 100 g
- Parsley – 15 g
- Garlic powder – 1 tsp
- Milk – 100 ml
- Black pepper – to taste
- Butter – for greasing
Method
Whisk the eggs with milk, cottage cheese, garlic powder and pepper.
Fold in spinach, spring onions, parsley and half the cheddar. Pour into a greased dish.
Top with the remaining cheddar and bake at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
