Balanced high-protein bowls with chicken, quinoa, broccoli and yogurt dressing.
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients
- Chicken breast – 700 g
- Quinoa – 250 g
- Broccoli – 1 large head
- Red bell pepper – 1
- Greek yogurt – 200 g
- Lemon – 1
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Paprika powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
Cook the quinoa. Roast or steam the broccoli and pepper.
Season and cook the chicken, then slice.
Mix yogurt with lemon and garlic. Serve everything in bowls with the dressing.
