A budget-friendly high-fiber skillet with lentils, cabbage, beef and tomatoes.

Ingredients
- Ground beef – 400 g
- Brown lentils – 250 g
- White cabbage – 400 g
- Onion – 1
- Carrot – 2
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Tomato puree – 2 tbsp
- Diced tomatoes – 1 can
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Caraway seeds – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
Cook the lentils separately until tender.
Brown the beef with onion, carrot and garlic. Add cabbage and cook until softened.
Stir in tomato puree, tomatoes, caraway and the lentils and simmer briefly.
