A wholesome high-fiber breakfast bake with oats, apple, chia and cinnamon.

Ingredients
- Rolled oats – 300 g
- Milk – 500 ml
- Eggs – 2
- Apples – 2
- Chia seeds – 3 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon – 2 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Maple syrup – 3 tbsp
- Walnuts – 80 g
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Method
Mix oats, chia, cinnamon and baking powder. Whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla.
Combine everything with chopped apple and walnuts and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
