Greenlandic prawn and apple salad

Cold-water prawns, crisp apple and dill make this fresh salad lively, lightly sweet and ideal for a special lunch spread.

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 15 min

Ingredients

  • Cooked cold-water shrimp – 250 g
  • Apple – 1
  • Celery – 1 stalk
  • Dill – 1 handful
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper – to taste

Method

Dice the apple and celery very finely and chop the dill.
Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice into a light dressing.
Add the shrimp, apple, celery and dill and fold everything together gently.
Taste and season with black pepper.
Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
