Gluten-free stuffed peppers with rice and beef

Bell peppers filled with a savory beef and rice mixture, baked in tomato sauce.

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 15 min

Ingredients

  • Bell peppers – 4
  • Minced beef – 400 g
  • Cooked rice – 250 g
  • Onion – 1
  • Garlic cloves – 2
  • Tomato passata – 400 ml
  • Paprika powder – 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano – 1 tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Cheese – 80 g
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Method

STEP 1 Halve and pre-bake the peppers for 10 minutes.
STEP 2 Cook the beef with onion and garlic, then mix with rice, paprika and oregano.
STEP 3 Fill the peppers, spoon tomato passata around them and top with cheese.
STEP 4 Bake at 190°C until the peppers are tender.
