A French-style salad with tuna, green beans, eggs and potatoes, naturally gluten-free.
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients
- Small potatoes – 500 g
- Eggs – 4
- Green beans – 250 g
- Tuna in olive oil – 200 g
- Tomatoes – 3
- Black olives – 80 g
- Lettuce – 1
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
Method
STEP 1 Cook the potatoes, eggs and green beans, then cool them.
STEP 2 Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, tuna, olives, potatoes, eggs and beans on a platter.
STEP 3 Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and salt.
STEP 4 Spoon over the dressing and serve.
