A classic Greek salad with tomato, cucumber, olives and feta, naturally gluten-free.
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients
- Tomatoes – 4
- Cucumber – 1
- Red onion – 1/2
- Green bell pepper – 1
- Feta – 200 g
- Black olives – 100 g
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Red wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
- Dried oregano – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1 Cut the vegetables into bite-size pieces and place in a bowl.
STEP 2 Add feta and olives.
STEP 3 Mix olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
STEP 4 Pour over the salad and serve.
