A keto-friendly dinner with buttery shrimp and creamy cauliflower mash.

Ingredients
- Shrimp – 500 g
- Cauliflower – 1 head
- Butter – 4 tbsp
- Heavy cream – 100 ml
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Parmesan – 40 g
- Parsley – 2 tbsp
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1 Cook the cauliflower until soft and mash with cream and Parmesan.
STEP 2 Melt butter and sauté the garlic.
STEP 3 Add the shrimp and cook until pink.
STEP 4 Serve the shrimp over the mash with parsley.
