A frituur favorite with sliced frikandel, mayonnaise, curry ketchup and finely chopped onion.
Serves: 2 people
Preparation time: 25 min
Ingredients
- frikandellen – 2
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
- curry ketchup – 3 tbsp
- onion, finely chopped – 1/4 cup
Method
1. Fry the frikandellen according to the package directions until hot and browned.
2. Make a lengthwise slit in each frikandel without cutting all the way through.
3. Spoon the mayonnaise and curry ketchup into the slit.
4. Finish with the finely chopped onion and serve straight away.
