Fish in turmeric-yellow sauce gives the rice table a lighter seafood dish with warmth, color and perfume.

Ingredients
- White fish fillets – 600 g
- Onion – 1
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Turmeric – 1 tsp
- Ginger – 15 g
- Lemongrass – 1 stalk
- Coconut milk – 250 ml
- Salt – 1 tsp
Method
Blend the onion, garlic and ginger and fry the mixture briefly with the turmeric.
Add the bruised lemongrass and coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
Lay the fish into the sauce in a single layer.
Cook gently for 6 to 8 minutes until the fish flakes easily and serve carefully.
