Juicy shrimp, creamy avocado and a little spicy mayo make these hand rolls bright, rich and very easy to love.

Ingredients
- Japanese short-grain rice – 300 g
- Rice vinegar – 60 ml
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Nori sheets – 2
- Cooked shrimp – 120 g
- Avocado – 1
- Japanese mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Sriracha – 1 tsp
Method
Mix the mayonnaise with sriracha. Put a little seasoned rice on each half sheet of nori, top with shrimp, avocado and the spicy mayo, then roll into cones and serve immediately.
