These overnight oats are one of the easiest true jar breakfasts around. Milk, yogurt, oats, honey, chia and blueberries rest overnight into a creamy grab-and-go breakfast that feels both wholesome and practical.

Serves: 1 person

Preparation time: 480 min

Ingredients

  • Milk – 80 ml
  • Greek yogurt – 60 g
  • Rolled oats – 25 g
  • Honey – 2 tsp
  • Chia seeds – 2 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
  • Blueberries – 40 g

Method

STEP 1
Add the milk, yogurt, oats, honey, chia seeds and cinnamon to a jar with a lid.
STEP 2
Stir or shake well until everything is evenly mixed and no chia seeds are stuck to the bottom.
STEP 3
Fold in the blueberries, close the jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
STEP 4
Eat straight from the jar or top with a few extra berries before serving.
