Ingredients
- Spring roll wrappers – 10
- Chicken breast – 250 g
- Carrot – 1
- Bean sprouts – 150 g
- White cabbage – 150 g
- Garlic cloves – 2
- Sweet soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Oil – for frying
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Stir-fry garlic and chicken until nearly cooked.
STEP 2
Add carrot, bean sprouts and cabbage and cook briefly.
STEP 3
Season with sweet soy, salt and pepper and let the filling cool.
STEP 4
Fill the wrappers, roll them up and seal the edges.
STEP 5
Fry until golden and crisp.
