Thin omelettes rolled with a savoury filling, practical, tasty and ideal as a buffet snack or lunchbox treat.

Ingredients
- Eggs – 4
- Spring onion – 2
- Ham – 100 g
- Sweet soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
STEP 2
Make thin omelettes in a lightly oiled pan.
STEP 3
Warm the ham with spring onion and sweet soy briefly.
STEP 4
Spread the filling over the omelettes and roll them up.
STEP 5
Slice into pieces and serve warm or lukewarm.
